TETC started out in 1971, as the: ‘Stour Valley Railway Preservation Society – North London Branch’ (SVRS-NLB). In 1986, the SVRPS – NLB, started meeting at the Enfield Drill Hall. In 1992, the Branch was re-named as the: ‘East Anglian Railway Museum – North London Branch’ (EARM- NLB). In 2014, the NLB became independent of the EARM, to become: ‘TETC’, a not-for- profit organisation. TETC interests include: public/private, Air, Land & Sea Transport – past, present and future, in UK, Europe & Worldwide. Our monthly meetings, usually comprise of an illustrated presentation, on a transport or transport related subject – by Circle, Local and Nationally sourced speakers. TETC are a friendly group of transport enthusiasts, who share a good sense of humour – and visitors who share that are most welcome. For future meetings information – see our website.

The popular game of Pickleball has been introduced at the Drill Hall since March 2022. All abilities are welcome and whilst paddles are available for hire we encourage you to bring your own.
