TETC started out in 1971, as the: ‘Stour Valley Railway Preservation Society – North London Branch’ (SVRS-NLB). In 1986, the SVRPS – NLB, started meeting at the Enfield Drill Hall. In 1992, the Branch was re-named as the: ‘East Anglian Railway Museum – North London Branch’ (EARM- NLB). In 2014, the NLB became independent of the EARM, to become: ‘TETC’, a not-for- profit organisation. TETC interests include: public/private, Air, Land & Sea Transport – past, present and future, in UK, Europe & Worldwide. Our monthly meetings, usually comprise of an illustrated presentation, on a transport or transport related subject – by Circle, Local and Nationally sourced speakers.
