Booking Assistance
If you are new to our Bookings system, here you can find out more about how to make Badminton court bookings.
We supply the badminton nets but you must supply your own badminton rackets and shuttlecocks. Please wear clean, non-marking indoor footwear on court.
*Please note that all bookings must be approved before they are confirmed. You will be notified within 36 hours as to whether your booking has been confirmed*

The Booking Portal allows you to book the following session types:
• A Single court booking for a 1-hour session
• A Custom length court booking for a 1 or 2-hour session
• A Repeat booking of a minimum of two and a maximum of twelve 1 or 2 hour sessions
*When booking 10-12 sessions a 5% discount will automatically be applied

Important information about access to the Drill Hall
For players who arrive at the hall first you need to access the door key from the key safe by the entrance doors. You will be supplied with the key safe code in a confirmation email following your booking along with instructions on what to do when you enter the Hall.
If you are last to leave you are responsible for turning off all the lights, locking the main doors and returning the key to the key safe.
Please be aware that the court lights will start to automatically switch off from 11.15 pm at one minute intervals. If you are still in the hall please ensure that the lights above the bench seating are switched off before you leave.
Please note that the code for the key safe is changed every first Sunday in the month. If you have a recent booking on, or just after, 1st of the month please check that you have received the correct keycode to avoid disappointment.
Terms and Conditions
Booking information:
Please read your confirmation email carefully otherwise you will not be able to access the building or changing rooms and toilets
Bookings are subject to terms and conditions agreed to at the time of booking
By booking online you give consent to email communications being sent
A contract between you and the Drill Hall will come into existence when we receive payment and accept your booking by issuing a confirmation email of booking
Please ensure you have proof of your booking or you may be asked to leave. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive the emai
Footwear:
No outdoor shoes on court
Please wear clean, indoor sports shoes on court with non-marking soles.
If you are not sure if your footwear will mark the floor and the soles are black then please do not use them
In the event of an accident:
A First Aid kit is located downstairs above the sink area
A defibrillator is in the lobby with instructions for access and use
Please complete the accident book slip and post it in the Drill hall letterbox at the front of the building
What 3 words are Panels.Melts.Gives and the Drill Hall address is shown on signs in the lobby and the Hall should it be necessary to call an ambulance
Equipment:
Nets are provided but you must supply your own rackets and shuttlecocks
Lost Property:
- Found items are retained in a locked cupboard for two weeks
